Gabe Nevarez is an Associate Broker, investor and entrepreneur. Born and raised in south Tucson, AZ he attended Pueblo high school, Pima College and The University of Arizona. He found his passion in real estate in 2012 and excelled quickly. 3 years later he opened 33 Realty Company and in 2018 he Partnered to open up 33 Properties & Investments. In 2021 he became an interest partner with Pima Title and partner with Synrgy Developments that has excelled his passion in investing. 
 
Gabe's motto is "collaboration trumps competition" and giving back and helping others is the greatest gift.  He is the founder of a real estate conference, "Leverage Tucson" which is a non-profit to give back to the real estate business and Tucson community.
